The study was carried out to compare the outcomes of treatment of Hirschsprung's disease (HD) by the primary laparoscopic-assisted endoreetal (LPSE) colon pull-through and transanal (TA) in National Hospital of Pediatrics. Results: The median operating time was: LPS-E 121 minutes, TA 84 minutes. The mean hospital stay was: LPS-E 4 + or - 0,1 days, TA 3 + or - 0,2 days. There were no perioperative deaths and low rate complicated in both procedures. The intermediate outcomes according to Wingspread were good in both groups (LPS-E: 78,8 percent and TA: 77,2 percent). Enterocolitis occurred: in LPS-E group 5 percent and in TA group 7 percent. Intermittent urinary didn't occur in all. Erectile function, evaluated by infant's parents, was presented in all males who were followed up. Conclusion: Laparoscopic - assisted endorectal colon pull-through and transanal are safe and effective procedures for HD. However, LPS-E is more better comfortable than TA.
