Đánh giá kết quả điều trị áp xe ruột thừa không phẫu thuật

Objective: This study was aimed to evaluate the results of nonoperative management of appendix abscess. Material and method: The medical records of all patients who were diagnosed appendix abscess between 1996-2011. Results: Non-operative management of appendix abscess gave positive results without complications after puncture. Conclusion: Appendix abscess can be treated successfully by non-operative management. This method of management is considered safe and effective.
