Objective: evaluate initially the effectiveness and acceptability of Baoxuan pills in women with estrogen deficiency symptoms visisted to the NHOG. Subjects: Patients has one or more of female sex honnones estrogen deficiency symptoms. Methods: Uncontrolled clinical trials. 35 patients were included. Result: There were significant reduction of neurological symptoms, vasomotor: night sweats from 45 percent to 27.6 percent, flash hots 45 percent to 13.6 percent, anxiety: 18.2 - 4.5 percent; Headache: 45 - 22.7 percent . General and urinary-genital symptoms had significant improvement: dry vaginal from 51.4 percent to 9.3 percent; reduce orgasm: from 40 percent to 18.7 percent; nocturia: from 28.5 percent to 11.4 percent; sleeping disorder: from 68 percent to 31.8 percent, joint pain: from 36.3 percent to 13.6 percent; 85.7 percent patient accept and satisfy this product, will continue to use it. Conclusion: Baoxuan pills significantly improve symptoms of lack of estrogen, no side effects, does not rise the concentration of E2. 85.7 percent of women accept and satisfy with this product and they will introduce it to their friends.
