Through the study on 176 patients operated combination of bodies of bones of extremities at Hospital of University of Medicine - Thai Nguyen University, it showed that major cause is traffic accidents and accounts for 55.7 percent. It occurs at ages of 31-60 and accounts for 95.5 percent. Lines of fractures are primarily in the group A under AO classification includes 106 patients accounting for 60.2 percent. Results of treatment of combined bones: good and very good treatment accounted for 97.2 percent; average and dissatisfied treatment level account for 2.8 percent due to lack of postoperative clinical guidelines and treatment at home, there is 5 re-operated patients and 1 patient with unsatisfied rehabilitation. It is a proposal that is should take measures suitably to educate and guide the postoperative patients and treat at homes.
