Góp phần nghiên cứu chẩn đoán lao phổi AFB(-)

Studying on 206 patients (147 TB pts and 59 Non TB pts) divided into 3 groups in order to explorer the clinical and para-clinical symptoms. The results which had been disposed by accurate statistics showed that: Sp and Se of symptoms : productived cough, light fever duration over 2 weeks, night sweat, rales, infiltrations with caves on X-ray, Mantoux (+), is correspondence 96.6 percent and 97.2 percent. Light fever and lesions on X-ray are main important symptoms to TB diagnosis direction (5 points for each), the others (rales - 3 points, night sweat- 2 points and productive cough - 1 point). The diagnosis threshold for pulmonary TB AFB (-) is 10 points with Se 92 percent, Sp 98 percent.
