After two years of implementing the model "anti-HIV/AIDS club" in Lang Son city, the study shows that: - The ratio of HIVinfected people who are conscious correctly and completely about the ways of HlV/AIDS transmission, about their rights and obligations increased markedly, achieving efficiency index 103.3 percent; 269.8 percent and 153.1 percent.- The ratio of HIV infected people who have preventive behaviors related to injecting drug use and unsafe sexual contact is a positive change, achieving efficiency index from 13.9 percent to 417.0 percent. - The ratio of HIV infected people who have preventive behaviors related to marriage and to have a baby are a positive change, achieving efficiency index from 62.1 percent to 82.8 percent.
