Background: The clinical and laboratory data of chronic renal failure patients effect on outcome of arteriovenous fistula. Objective: Assessing of clinical and laboratory data of chronic renal failure patients who has indicated making arteriovenous fistula at Bach Mai hospital. Methods: Prospective crosssectional design of 446 patients. Results and conclusions: Cause of renal failure is mainly glomerulonephritis (74.9 percent), mean age is 46.22+15.34 and most from 36 to 65 ages (63.2 percent). Common symptoms are: anemia is 93.9 percent, mean Hemoglobin 78.47 + or - 18.34 g/l; Hypertension is 86.33 percent.
