The authors briefed the current nutrition situation of Vietnam, including maternal and child malnutrition, micro-nutrient defficiencies, overweight/obesity, food intake and maternal nutrition knowledge and capacity of nutritign network. They once again emphasized the importance of preventive approach in nutrition for the country.
