Nhận xét kết quả phẫu thuật điều trị hội chứng De Quarvain tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội

Objectives: Evaluate the result of surgical treatment for De Quarvain syndrome in Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Patients and methods: 22 patients diagnosed De Quarvain syndrome refractory to conservative treatment. All the patients were treated surgically with tendon release. Evaluate the results with VAS score and Filkenstein test. No nerve injury or tendon dislocation complication. Results: 90,9 percent excellent; 9,1 percent good result. No moderate and bad result. Conclusions: Surgical treatment give good result for De Quarvain syndrome.
