Study objectives: To evaluate the surgical endometrial cancer in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from 2008 to 2011. Subjects and Methods: This includes 144 cases of endometrial cancer (histopathological diagnosis after surgery) were treated by surgery at the Central Hospital for Women for 4 years from 2008-2011. Study design description, retrospective. The patient characteristics were collected on age, number of children, clinical signs, surgical approach, duration of surgery, blood transfusions during surgery, hospital stay, complications and complications after surgery. Results: In 4 years from 2008 to 2011, with 144 cases of endometrial cancer is surgical treatment at the Central Hospital for Women, in which the patients between the ages of 51-60 are most (45.8 percent), distribution of the number of patients between the years no difference. Most patients were children (89.6 percent) and signs of post menopausal bleeding irregularities (77.8 percent). Numberof patients laparoscopic surgery increases with cacnam. Compared with open surgery, laparoscopy little more blood transfusions, shorter operating time and hospital stay was also shortened significantly compared with open surgery. The issues have been discussed.
