Objective: To describe the characteristics of dental cervical lessons and effective of treatment with composite fillings. Subjects and methods: Prospective studies, clinical description of 198 teeth over 34 patients with dental cervical lesson in E Hospital from November 2008 to October 2009 over 3, 6, 9 months periods of time. Result: The main visiting reason is sharp pains up to 79.9 percent. 45 percent is for patients aged over 45, man is overweight woman, associated with incisal erosion, the premolars are 55.1 percentand upper gingival lessons are 81 percent. Results after 9 month examination: Retention rate 81.4 percent; Marginal integrity 85.7 percent; Color match 94.4 percent; Surface roughness 92.9 percent; Anatomical form 92.9 percent; Non gingivitis 85.7 percent.
