Mục tiêu của bài báo nhằm báo cáo một trường hợp bệnh nhân hiếm gặp khi áp xe não được gây ra bởi trực khuẩn lao gây giãn não thất và trải qua nhiều giai đoạn của bệnh cảnh áp xe não và viêm màng não do lao được phẫu thuật chọc hút ổ áp xe dưới định vị thần kinh xác định chẩn đoán và chuyển hướng dòng dịch não tủy điều trị giãn não thất.
Guided - navigation aspiration has emerged as the optimal surgical option for patients with brain abscesses. This minimally invasive technique offers numerous clear advantages. The objective of this paper is to report a rare case of a patient with a brain abscess caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, leading to hydrocephalus. The patient underwent various stages of tuberculous brain abscess and tuberculous meningitis: Guided- navigation aspiration of the abscess was performed to confirm the diagnosis, and cerebrospinal fluid diversion was used to treat hydrocephalus.
