From November - 2006 to November - 2010, Center II - Direct Support for Disabled Children under Vietnam Relief Association for Handicapped Children implemented the operation program in the mountainous provinces of Northern Vietnam. 313 patients with wound and limb deformity by sequelae after burn were treated with 392 plastic surgeries. The results of deformity reconstruction and limb movement were good (70.15 percent). The program had contributed to the minority living in remote mountainous areas to have local treaments with experts from specialized. hospitals.
