Objective: to investigate epidemiologic element, clinical and laboratory features of pustular psoriasis. Methods: the cross-sectional descriptive study on 214 patients with pustular psoriasis at the National Hospital of Dermatology and venereology. Results: from 1/2007 to 7/2011, there were 214 inpatients with pustular psoriasis at the national hospital of dermatology and venerology. The rate of male/female is 1.15/1.55. 14 percent of patients with a history of psoriasis vulgaris. Generalized pustular psoriasis is 90.65 percent. 93.8 percent of patients have erythema and 90 percent of patients have pustular lesions. The rate of hypoproteinemia is 37.38 percent and hypoalbuminemia is 44.85 percent. The percentage of hyperleukocyte 10 G/I is 72.89 percent. Conclusions: pustular psoriasis accounted for 1.66 percent of total patients with psoriasis in the medical examination. The main clinical features is erythema and pustules. Hypoproteinemia, hypoalbuminemia and hyperleukocyte are common.
