Injury caused by high voltage electric burn at anterior neck is till challenged of plastic surgeons. These damages usually deep and large, structure tissues below are destroyed such as muscle, main artery, exposed tracheal... and these defect need to be coverage as soon as possible to avoid secondary hemorrhage, tracheal and mandible necrosis. In this paper, the authors reported a case burn caused high voltage electric was covered by trapezius muculocutaneous flap. The result and technique will be discussed in this paper.
