The objective of this study was to measure quality of life in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis at respiratory department of Bach Mai Hospital Respiratory by St.George's questionnaires version in Vietnamese. Evaluation the relationship between clinicals and paraclinicals with quality of life before and after treatment in 2009. The results showed that 70 percent of patients with bilateral bronchiectasis and the rest (30 percent) had bronchiectasis one side. Most symptoms are associated with the St.George's quetionnaire in the field of frequency and severity of respiratory symptoms before and after treatment. In conclusion, the clinical, paraclinical are involved with quality of life before and after treatment.
