Xác nhận độ chụm và độ đúng là yêu cầu cần thiết được khuyến cáo khi thực hành xác nhận phương pháp tại phòng xét nghiệm. Việc làm trên nhằm chứng minh rằng phương pháp thực hiện được và cung cấp bằng chứng chứng minh kết quả phù hợp với các yêu cầu kỹ thuật mà nhà sản xuất đã công bố tại đơn vị sử dụng. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện với mục tiêu xác nhận độ chụm và độ đúng của xét nghiệm GALT trong mẫu máu thấm khô trên hệ thống VICTOR 2D của Perkin Elmer, sử dụng vật liệu bộ nội kiểm Neonatal GALT hai mức và hóa chất Neonatal GALT kit để tiến hành thực nghiệm đánh giá độ đúng, độ chụm của xét nghiệm GALT theo hướng dẫn EP15A3-CLSI. Kết quả độ chụm của xét nghiệm, tương ứng với 2 mức nồng độ QC lần lượt là 17,18% và 10,24% nhỏ hơn tiêu chuẩn của nhà sản xuất là 23,2% và 16,6%, độ đúng của phương pháp được xác nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn theo công bố của nhà sản xuất. Độ chụm và độ đúng của xét nghiệm GALT được xác nhận, xét nghiệm có thể thực hiện để cung cấp dịch vụ cho bệnh nhân tại phòng xét nghiệm.
Verification of precision and accuracy is an essential requirement recommended when performing method validation in the laboratory. The above work is intended to demonstrate that the method can be implemented and provide evidence that the results are consistent with the technical requirements announced by the manufacturer at the user unit. The study was conducted with the goal of confirming the precision and accuracy of the GALT test in dried blotted blood samples on Perkin Elmer's VICTOR 2D system, using two-level Neonatal GALT internal control kit materials and Neonatal GALT kit chemicals, to conduct experiments to evaluate the accuracy and precision of the GALT test according to EP15A3-CLSI instructions. The precision results of the test, corresponding to 2 QC levels, are 17.18% and 10.24%, respectively, smaller than the manufacturer's standards of 23.2% and 16.6%, the accuracy of the method is confirmed to meet standards according to the manufacturer's announcement. The precision and accuracy of the GALT test have been confirmed and the test can be performed to provide services to patients in the laboratory.
