The need of using the EQAs materials for external quality assessment schemes to assess and to improve the capacity of medical laboratories is very essential, especially in Vietnam, there are many diseases caused to bacteria. Therefore, it is very important to create the assuming specimens to train the medical technicians in their career, to be ready for diseases. With the achievement in optimizing factors of the manufacturing process for assuming pus, sputum specimens, the authors manufactured these specimens in a pilot, evaluate the homogeneity and stability of them. Results, two specimens with the bacteria: pus (Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa), sputum (Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, contaminated Streptococcus mitis) from the process of the study in pilot were complied the standardization of homogeneity, they also were stable in 15 days during the storage condition as 25-30°C, humidity 75 percent, suitable for EQAs materials.
