
The study is a case series report about applying real-time PCR Rubella fetal diagnosis have conducted in pregnant women who have Rubella. The study has carried out in National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Objectives: to compare result of realtime-PCR from amniocentesis and result of biochemical test from cordocentesis. Design of the study: this is a cross-sectional study in pregnant women who have found Rubella in the first and second trimester and agreed to terminate the pregnancy, also volunteerily participate to this study after obtaining consultation. Results: there is a consistent results between realtime-PCR and biochemical test. Recommendation: continue researching on Rubella diagnosis by realtime-PCR on amniotic cells and consult the patients for karyotyping.
