Study was aim to describe dental caries and periodontal disease situation of habitants in Ngoc Hoi village, Thanh Tri, Hanoi and propose interventional method and treatment. The results indicated that the percentage of people with tooth decay was 43.9 percent, tooth lose was 25.7 percent while tooth filling was 11.8. The proportion of people who had calculus and gingivitis and who had periodontal pocket were 67.9 percent and 28.3 percent, respectively. In conclusions, dental caries of habitants of Ngoc Hoi village was middle level and tooth lose was low level. There was more people with tooth lose in goup or = 30 years old than those in goup 15-19 years old. Although tooth filling was low level but the people in group 15-29 years old were concerned about a dental treatment than those in group or = 30 years old. The periodontal disease was still at high level.
