Bước đầu đánh giá hiệu quả dị ghép tế bào gốc máu ngoại vi ở bệnh nhân suy tủy xương

Objectives: To evaluate the effect of allogenic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the treatment of aplastic anemia patients at Blood transfusion Heamatology Hospital of Ho Chi Minh city. Method: case series. Results: The mean time of neutrophile recovery was 12.8 + or - 5 days and platelet recovery was 15.8 + or - 7.69 days. The incidence of acute GVHD grade 2 was 40 percent, viral infections were 60 percent. The complete response rate was 100 percent and the incidence of graft rejection was 20 percent. Conclusion: Allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is highly effective therapy for young aplastic anemia patients.
