Abstract
TNF-alpha is cytokine, promotes the inflammatory response and have an important role in clinical associated with chronic rheumatic diseases and autoimmune disorders. TNF inhibitors is the first biological agents have permitted for rheumatic and autoimmune diseases with effective and safety. Actually, the side effect will be considered when applying biological therapy.
