Cây thuốc được đồng bào dân tộc Thái sử dụng chữa gãy xương và bong gân, sai khớp tại khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Pù Hoạt, huyện Quế Phong, tỉnh Nghệ An

Through the investigation, the authors have collected and identified 12 medicinal plant species treating the strain, dislocation and fracture which represent 8 different families. Among them, Rubiaceae is the most great family with 4 species. Trunk forms: herbaceous plants are quite dominant with 4 species, woody plants 3 species, shrub includes 3 species and creepers 2 species. The parts are used mainly leaves (12/12 species), three species used of trunk; the first tree species, primarily crushed, to dry on the fire then to put on the part fracture.
