Chấn thương lách: Kết quả điều trị bảo tồn tại bệnh viện Trung ương Huế giai đoạn 2006-2011

Objectives: Nonoperative management and splenic preservation have become standards of care for management of spleenic injuries. The objective of thjs study is to demonstrate the indication and results of management for splenic injuries. Material and method: A retrospective cohort study. All patients admitted with a diagnosis of splenic injury (clinical modification of AAST: the Association American for the Surgery of Trauma) to acute care hospitals in Hue Central Hospital between 1/2006-12/2011. Data were collected regarding general characteristics, clinical and paraclinical signs, length of hospital stay and the results of this observation method.
