Khảo sát tính hiệu quả của chương trình quản lý ruột (CTQLR) trong việc cải thiện triệu chứng của trẻ em có biểu hiện rối loạn đại tiện (RLĐT) nặng và kéo dài sau phẫu thuật bệnh Hirschsprung Phương pháp: mô tả cắt ngang loạt trường hợp bệnh nhi bị RLĐT sau phẫu thuật bệnh Hirschsprung được điều trị bằng CTQLR tại phòng thăm dò chức năng HMTT bệnh viện Nhi Đồng 2 từ 1/2020 đến 12/2022. Kết quả: Có 36 trường hợp bệnh nhân bị RLĐT nặng sau phẫu thuật bệnh Hirschsprung được đưa vào nghiên cứu: Tuổi trung bình: 5,4 ± 3,9 năm. Tỷ lệ nam/ nữ: 25/11. Chương trình quản lý ruột giúp làm giảm tỷ lệ tiêu bón từ 33,3% tại thời điểm bắt dầu khảo sát và xuống còn 16,7% tại thời điểm 06 tháng sau. Giảm tỷ lệ són phân tù 76,7% tại thời điểm bắt dầu khảo sát và xuống còn 23,5% tại thời điểm 06 tháng sau. Kết luận: chương trình quản lý ruột giúp cải thiện đáng kể triệu chứng trẻ em mắc bệnh RLĐT nặng và kéo dài sau phẫu thuật bệnh Hirschsprung.
To investigate the effectiveness of bowel management program in improving symptoms of children with severe and long-lasting defecation disorders after surgery for Hirschsprung's disease Methods: a cross-sectional description of a series cases with defecation disorders after surgery for Hirschsprung's disease treated with bowel management program at the anorectal function examination room of Children's Hospital 2 from January 2020 to December 2022. Results: There were 36 cases of patients with severe defecation disorders after surgery for Hirschsprung's disease included in the study: Average age: 5.4 ± 3.9 years. Male/female ratio: 11/25. The bowel management program helped reduce the rate of constipation from 33.3% at the beginning of the survey to 16.7% 6 months later. Reduced fecal incontinence rate from 76.7% at the beginning of the survey and down to 23.5% 6 months later. Conclusion: bowel management program helps significantly improve symptoms of children with severe and persistent after surgery for Hirschsprung's disease.
