Khảo sát đặc điểm bệnh tật và sự phân bố dân số tại một số Khoa điều trị nội trú, Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang có phân tích trên 211 người bệnh nội trú từ 02/2022 - 05/2022, số liệu được thu thập qua phỏng vấn trực tiếp và thông tin từ bệnh án dựa trên bộ câu hỏi. Các biến số gồm thông tin nhân khẩu xã hội học, các chẩn đoán hiện tại và đặc điểm liên quan người bệnh. Kết quả: Chẩn đoán thường gặp nhất ở khoa Nội tổng hợp là viêm phổi (20%), Nội tim mạch – thần kinh là tăng huyết áp (23,5%), Ngoại tổng hợp là trĩ (14,7%), Ung bướu là u ác đại tràng (31,4%), Ngoại chấn thương là áp xe nhiễm trùng (20,6%), Ngoại niệu là tăng sản tiền liệt tuyến (41,2%). Kết luận: Có sự khác biệt trong đặc điểm bệnh tật tại các khoa nội trú Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ so với đặc điểm bệnh tật tại các khoa tương đồng ở bệnh viện khác. Khoa Nội tổng hợp có tuổi thọ trung bình cao nhất nên cần nhiều trang thiết bị giúp người bệnh cao tuổi sinh hoạt thuận lợi hơn.
To describe the patterns of diseases in inpatients and learn population distribution in inpatients at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital. Materials and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted on 211 inpatients at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital from October 2021 to April 2022, data were collected by follow-up, approach to interviews and examinations based on a preprepared set of questions. Variables include sociodemographic information, current diagnoses, and patient-related characteristics. Results: The most common diagnoses in General internal medicine was pneumonia (20%), Cardiology – Neurology was hypertension (23.5%), General surgery was hemorrhoids (14.7%), Oncology was colon malignancy (31.4%), Orthopedics was infectious abscess (20.6%), and Urology was hyperplasia prostatic (41.2%). Conclusions: There are differences in patterns of diseases in the inpatient departments of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital compared to the disease characteristics in similar departments in other hospitals. The Department of General Internal Medicine has the highest average life expectancy, so it needs more equipment to help elderly patients live more conveniently.
