Retrospective epidemiological characteristics of pieces of skull bone preserved at Laboratory tissue preservation of Hanoi Medical University from 2002 to 2010 to comment on the preservation of skull bone in 9 years. There was 3587 pieces of skull bone preserved by deep - frozen method, in which 61,8 percent was transplanted back to patients; 20 percent was morlality; 17,6 percent is not grafted. 84.5 percent of patients was in working age; 79 percent was men; 92 percent of causes was trafific accidents. There was 38. hospitals sent skull bone to preservation; Number of bone preserved, bone graft back and hospital is increasing every year.
