The purpose of this study. was to evaluate the anatomic features of the quadrupled semitendinosus tendon graft and the quadrupled gracilis tendon graft in double - bundle ACL reconstruction using autogenous Hamstring tendon. Evaluate 21 patients receiving double- bundle ACL recon struction surgery using autogenous Hamstring tendons at Viet Duc hospital from September 2011 to August 2012. Clinical assessment of the anatomic features of the 4- strand semitendinosus tendon graft and 4- strand gracilis tendon graft have been documented. The medial length of the 4- strand semitendinosus tendon graft was 6.9 +/- 0.4cm, with an average diameter of 7.5 +/- 0.6mm. The medial length of the 4-strand gracilis tendon graft was 6.6 +/- 0.5 cm with an average diameter of 5.8 +/- 0.6mm. All grafts achieved the requirement of reconstructive surgery.
