Mô tả một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của thai phụ nhiễm HBV và xét nghiệm máu cuống rốn tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Thái Nguyên. Tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn thai phụ có 01 thai sống, đủ tháng đến đẻ có HBsAg (+). Thiết kế mô tả cắt ngang, sử dụng SPSS 20.0 và R, phân tích tương quan Pearson và Anova Fisher. Kết quả cho thấy tuổi trung bình 27,6 ± 4,2, triệu chứng lâm sàng không đặc hiệu cho viêm gan bao gồm phù, chán ăn, mệt mỏi; tỉ lệ mổ lấy thai 66,7%; xét nghiệm máu mẹ HBeAg(+) chiếm 45%, HBV DNA ≥ 5E+07 bản sao/ml chiếm 33,3%; máu cuống rốn tỉ lệ HBsAg(+) chiếm 53,3%, HBeAg(+) chiếm 38,2%; PBMCs của máu mẹ và máu cuống rốn tương quan thuận ở nhóm thai phụ có tải lượng vi rút thấp hơn 5E+07 bản sao HBV DNA/ml.Kết luận các triệu chứng lâm sàng của vi rút viêm gan B ở thai phụ không đặc hiệu cho chẩn đoán viên gan B; ở nhóm thai phụ có tải lượng vi rút thấp hơn 5E+07 bản sao HBV DNA/ml thấy có mối tương quan thuận có ý nghĩa giữa PBMCs của mẹ và máu cuống rốn.
