Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng của bệnh nhi sốt xuất huyết Dengue (SXHD) tại bệnh viện Trẻ em Hải Phòng từ 01/04/2022 đến 31/03/2023 và nhận xét kết quả điều trị. Đối tượng: 151 bệnh nhi được chẩn đoán bệnh. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Bệnh hay gặp ở trẻ 6-15 tuổi chiếm 125(82,8%). Tỉ lệ nam/nữ là 1,65. Triệu chứng lâm sàng là sốt 147(97,35%), sốt từ 3-7 ngày 137(90,7%), phát ban và/hoặc xung huyết 124(82,2%), xuất huyết dưới da 70(46,4%). Triệu chứng gan to, xuất huyết ít gặp. Thời điểm vào viện số lượng tiểu cầu <100 G/L 22(14,5%), Hematocrit >45% 9(6%). Thời điểm ra viện, enzym gan AST, ALT tăng 41- 200 U/L 94 và 79(62,3% và 52,3%). 100% trẻ có test nhanh NS1Ag dương tính. Định lượng IgM dương tính 10 (6,6%), IgG dương tính 2(1,3%). Tỉ lệ bệnh nhân thuộc nhóm SXHD là 136(90,1%). Phần lớn trẻ khỏi ra viện 148(98%). Kết luận: Bệnh thường bùng phát vào mùa nóng, ẩm. Triệu chứng hay gặp là sốt, phát ban. Xét nghiệm HCT xu hướng tăng >45%, tiểu cầu giảm, enzym AST, ALT tăng. Trẻ thuộc mức độ SXHD có dấu hiệu cảnh báo và SXHD nặng sẽ điều trị dài ngày hơn.

Symptoms of hepatomegaly, bleeding are less common. At the time of admission, the child had a platelet count <100 G/L 22(14.5%), the child had a Hematocrit >45% 9(6%). At the time of discharge, children had enzymes AST and ALT increased from 41 to 200 U/L 94 and 79(62.3% and 52.3%). 100% of children had positive NS1Ag rapid test. IgM quantification was positive 10(6.6%), IgG quantification was positive 2(1.3%). The proportion of patients in the Dangue hemorrhagic fever group is 136(90.1%). Most children are discharged from the hospital 148(98%). Conclusion: Dengue fever often breaks out in hot, humid seasons. The most common symptoms are fever and rash. HCT test tends to increase >45%, platelet decreases, liver enzymes AST, ALT increase. Children with dengue with warning signs and severe dengue will be at risk of being treated longer.
