Mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng của bệnh nhân nhồi máu não điều trị tại tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Xanh Pôn từ tháng 12/2020 đến tháng 4/2021. Phương pháp: Mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả nghiên cứu: Đa số người bệnh là nam giới (54,8%), tuổi ≥60 (75,8%), có tiền sử tăng huyết áp (72,6%). Đa số người bệnh có thời điểm khởi phát bệnh từ 0-6h (41,9%), thời gian xuất hiện triệu chứng đến khi vào viện 4,5-24h (67,7%). Đặc điểm lâm sàng: Triệu chứng đau đầu 45,2%; chóng mặt 19,4%. Triệu chứng lâm sàng: liệt nửa người chiếm 69,4%, liệt VII trung ương 51,6%, rối loạn cảm giác 64,5%. Điểm Glassgow khi vào viện trung bình là 13,48 ± 1,35. Điểm NIHSS khi vào viện trung bình là 7,27 ± 3,34. Kết luận: Triệu chứng lâm sàng: liệt nửa người chiếm 69,4%, liệt VII trung ương 51,6%, rối loạn cảm giác 64,5%. Điểm Glassgow khi vào viện trung bình là 13,48 ± 1,35. Điểm NIHSS khi vào viện trung bình là 7,27 ± 3,34
Describing the paraclinical characteristics of ischemic stroke patients at the Hospital Saint Paul General Hospital from December 2020 to April 2021. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study Research results: The majority of patients were males (54.8%), age ≥60 (75.8%), with a history of hypertension (72.6%). Most patients experienced the onset of illness from 0 to 6 a.m. (41.9%), duration of onset to hospital admission was 4.5-24 hours (67.7%). Clinical characteristics included headache symptoms in 45.2% and dizziness in 19.4%. Clinical symptoms comprised hemiplegia in 69.4%, facial paralysis in 51.6%, and sensory disorder in 64.5%. The mean of Glasgow score and NIHSS score at hospital admission were 13.48 ± 1.35 and 7.27 ± 3.34 respectively.
