Đặc điểm lâm sàng hoang tưởng liên quan sử dụng chất dạng Amphetamine

Purpose: to describe the clinical features of delusions related to using Amphetamine (ATS). Method: Prospective study with 145 in-patinets. Results: Delusion (73.1 percent) mostly is delusion of reference (27.7 percent); persecutory delusion (57.2 percent), bizarre delusion (11.7 percent). Delusions and hallucinations affect to emotion and behavior. Conclusion: Delusions are mostly in patients using ATS. Need to find out early and treat intensively.
