
Objective: To investigate clinical features and the risks factors of patients with Bowen's disease. Method: This is a retrospective study on data of 28 patients with Bowen's disease at the National Hospital Dermatology-Venereology (NHDV). Results: The ratio male/female is 1,9/1; 82,1 percent of patients is over 60 year-old. 10/28 (35 percent) patients with history of asthma. The most common lesion is erythema (46,8 percent), with skin scale of crust (38,3 percent). There are 59 lesions in 28 patients, in which50 percent of patients has only one lesion, 19/59 (32,2 percent) lesions was dominated on the face and neck, 44,1 percent of lesions is on the trunk. The less frequent position is on the anogenital area (6,8 percent). There is 21 percent of patients with pointed palmo-plantar keratosis, PCR HPV is positive in 18 percent of patients and 50 percent of patients has itching on the lesion. However, 32 percent of patients has no symptom. Conclusion: Bowen's disease is rare pathology. The common lesion is erythema, resembling skin manifestations in many other skin diseases.
