Đặc điểm lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng ở bệnh nhân viêm khớp dạng thấp có hội chứng Cushing do Glucocorticoid

Objective: To determine the clinical and laboratory manifestation in glucocorticoid-induced Cusshing syndrome in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Patients and Methods: 54 patients with rheumatoid arthritis glucocorticoid-induced Cusshing syndrom who were diagnosed, treated in The Rheumatology department, Bach Mai Hospital from 2008 to 2011. Results: The common clinical and laboratory in 54 patients: moon and red face (100 percent), loss of muscle (83,3 percent), thin, fragle skin (70 percent), corrtison sera decreased (92,5 percent), osteoporosis (51,8 percent). Main reason of glucocorticoid-induced Cusshing syndrome was patients used glucocorticoid by themselves. Conclusion: Over used glucocorticoid is common in rheumatoid arthritis treated, and this situations should be controled.
