Mô tả đặc điểm phát triển của trẻ sinh non và trẻ nhẹ cân so với tuổi thai trong 2 năm đầu đời. Đối tượng: Trẻ em sinh ra tại 20 xã của tỉnh Thái Nguyên, chia thành 3 nhóm: 147 trẻ sinh non, 180 trẻ đủ tháng - nhẹ cân so với tuổi thai (SGA), 1243 trẻ đủ tháng - phù hợp với tuổi thai (AGA). Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả. Kết quả: Lúc 12 tháng tuổi, trẻ SGA có điểm vận động thô thấp nhất (95,7 điểm), tiếp đến là trẻ sinh non (98,5 điểm), trẻ AGA có điểm vận động thô cao nhất (95,7 điểm). Lúc 24 tháng tuổi, trẻ sinh non có điểm vận động tinh thấp nhất (105,9 điểm), tiếp đến là trẻ SGA (106,5 điểm), cao nhất là trẻ AGA (108,4 điểm). Các lĩnh vực phát triển khác của 3 nhóm trẻ không có sự khác biệt. Mức độ phát triển ở 3 nhóm trẻ em ở độ tuổi 12 tháng và 24 tháng chủ yếu ở mức trung bình. Tỷ lệ phát triển nhận thức trung bình dao động từ 47% đến 53% ở 12 tháng và từ 79% đến 83% ở 24 tháng. Kết luận: Có sự khác biệt về sự phát triển vận động của trẻ sinh non, trẻ SGA và trẻ AGA ở độ tuổi 12 tháng và 24 tháng. Mức độ phát triển ở trẻ sinh non và SGA trong 2 năm đầu đời chủ yếu ở mức trung bình.
Describe the developmental characteristics of preterm and small for gestational age infants in the first 2 years of life. Subjects: Children were born in 20 communes of Thai Nguyen province, divided into 3 groups: 147 preterm infants, 180 term - small for gestational age (SGA) infants, 1243 term – appropriate for gestational age (AGA) infants. Method: Descriptive study. Results: At 12 months, SGA children had the lowest gross motor score (95.7 points), followed by premature children (98.5 points), AGA children had the highest gross motor score (95.7 points). At 24 months, preterm children had the lowest fine motor score (105.9 points), followed by SGA children (106.5 points), and the highest was AGA children (108.4 points). Other areas of development of the 3 groups of children had not differences. The levels of development in the 3 groups of children at 12 months and 24 months is mainly at an average level. The rates of average cognitive development ranged from 47% to 53% at 12 months and from 79% to 83% at 24 months. Conclusions: There are differences in motor development of premature infants, SGA infants and AGA infants at 12 months and 24 months. The level of development in preterm and SGA children in the first 2 years of life is mainly average.
