Mô tả đặc điểm thiếu máu thiếu sắt của bệnh nhân bị nhiễm Helicobacter pylori tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2021. Đối tượng: 240 bệnh nhân được chia làm 2 nhóm, dương tính và âm tính với Helicobacter pylori. Phương pháp: Mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả và kết luận: Có mối liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa bệnh nhân nhiễm Helicobacter pylori tình trạng thiếu máu thiếu sắt. Nguyên nhân chủ yếu do tình trạng viêm dạ dày và cơ chế cạnh tranh sắt của vi khuẩn Helicobacter pylori.
To describe the characteristics of iron deficiency anemia of patients infected with Helicobacter pylori at Hanoi Medical University Hospital in 2021. Subjects: 240 patients were divided into 2 groups, positive and negative for Helicobacter pylori. Methods: Cross sectional description. Results and conclusions: There were a statistically significant association between patients infected with Helicobacter pylori iron deficiency anemia. The main cause is gastritis and the iron competition mechanism of Helicobacter pylori bacteria.
