Đánh giá bước đầu điều trị ung thư biểu mô gan bằng nút mạch chọn lọc

The authors have reseached on 19 patients, who was suffered from HCC. All patients was done with TACE 24 times. The results is as follow: The size of the tumors are reduced in 1 month and tendency increasing in 3 months. The blood supply for the tumors are reduced after TACE and it depends on lipiodol deposition intra tumors. AFP level is reduced after TACE. After embolization syndrome is in 2-7 days. Clinical condition is improved after TACE.
