Here the authors observed the results of single port laparoscopic peritoneal nephrectomy for transplantation from 15 pigs. Data showed that the mean operation time, the mean ischemic time and blood loss were 199,0 + or - 25,8 min, 3,4 + or - 0,7 min; 267,9 + or - 136,2ml respectively. Transplanted kidney well recovered in 14 cases (93,3 percent) and medium recovered in 1 case (6,7 percent). Complications consist of 2 cases, 1 of which was shifted to open surgery.
