Đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị bệnh mày đay mạn tính bằng levocetirizin liều 10mg. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng, tự so sánh trước sau điều trị trên 40 bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính đến khám và điều trị tại Phòng khám Da liễu, Bệnh viện Quân y 103, từ tháng 09/2021 đến tháng 6/2022. Bệnh nhân được điều trị với levocetirizin liều 10mg mỗi ngày trong 4 tuần. Mức độ hoạt động và điểm ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh được đánh giá sau mỗi tuần điều trị. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính là 42,27 ± 15,37. Sau 4 tuần điều trị, chỉ số UAS giảm từ 4,58 ± 1,01 tại thời điểm trước điều trị xuống 1,33 ± 1,33 sau điều trị. Điểm chất lượng cuộc sống được cải thiện rõ rệt so với thời điểm trước nghiên cứu với điểm trung bình 31,50 ± 8,82. 45% bệnh nhân mày đay mạn tính đáp ứng tốt và không xuất hiện triệu chứng với liều levocetirizin 10mg mỗi ngày sau 04 tuần điều trị. Tác dụng không mong muốn thường gặp nhất là tác dụng gây buồn ngủ (12,5%). Kết luận: Levocetirizin liều 10mg có tác dụng kiểm soát tốt các triệu chứng bệnh mày đay mạn tính.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of chronic urticaria treatment with a 10mg oral dose of levocetirizine. Subject and method: A clinical trial, self-compared before and after treatment on 40 chronic urticaria patients examined at the Dermatology out-patient clinic of 103 Military Hospital from September 2021 to June 2022. Patients were treated with a 10mg oral dose of levocetirizine daily for four weeks. Urticaria activity score and quality of life score were recorded weekly. Result: The mean chronic urticaria patient's age was 42.27 ± 15.37. After 4 weeks of treatment, the UAS index decreased from 4.58 ± 1.01 at the beginning of treatment to 1.33 ± 1.33 at the end of therapy. The quality of life improved markedly more than those at the beginning of treatment, with a mean score of 31.50 ± 8.82. Forty-five percent of chronic urticaria patients had excellent response without symptoms after 4 weeks treated with a 10mg dose of levocetirizine therapy. The most common side effect was sedation (12.5%). Conclusion: 10mg oral levocetirizine therapy effectively controls symptoms of chronic urticaria.
