Objectives: Evaluation of early treatment response in patients with alcoholic liver injury with corticoid. Subjects: 11 patients with severe alcoholic liver injury. Research methodology: a prospective intervention. Results: 11 patients were male and the average age was 46 +/- 10.6, mean AUDIT score was 16.2 +/- 1.1. The average amount of alcohol consumed daily was 247 : +/- 16.7g / day. Average Maddrey point was 53.5 before treatment and 37.8, after treatment, 45.5 percent of patients after treatment had Maddrey score 32. The average Lille 0.164, of which 90.9 percent have in Lille 0:45, with 9.1 percent of Lille 0.45. Conclusion: Monitoring 11 patients with alcoholic liver injury found that the average value of Lille was 0.164. Among them 90.9 percent of patients with Lille 0.45, 9.1 percent of patients with Lille score 0.45.
