Study of 36 patients with chronic urticaria were treated by Telfast combined with Zaditen (study group) and 42 patients with chronic urticaria by Telfast (control group) from August, 2012 to July, 2013 in 103 Hospital, the results showed that: After being cured in 1 month, 2 months or 3 months, The papullars had appeared on the patient's bodies, which were in both study group, and control group, were on the decrease. However, the Papullars on the patients in study group was lower than the control group (p 0.05). Pruritus after 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks in the patients of study group was lower than the control group. The result of treatment by Zaditen combined with Telfast is better than Telfast. After 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks, the amount of patients, which have good result In study group, was higher than the control group (p 0.05). After finishing of the treatment in 1 month, 2 months and 3 months, the rate of recurrence in the study group was lower than the control group (p 0.05). The rate of side effects in 2 groups is few and the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05).
