Đánh giá hiệu quả một số biện pháp can thiệp giám sát vệ sinh tay tại các đơn vị điều trị tích cực, Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108 năm 2021-2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả, tiến cứu, cắt ngang và can thiệp trên 139 nhân viên y tế được đánh giá kiến thức, khảo sát thực trạng tuân thủ vệ sinh tay và thực hiện can thiệp nhằm nâng cao tỷ lệ tuân thủ vệ sinh tay từ tháng 1/2021 đến 6/2022. Kết quả: Công tác giám sát và can thiệp nhằm tăng tỷ lệ thực hành vệ sinh tay của nhân viên y tế từ 51,07% lên 86,33%, tỷ lệ tuân thủ vệ sinh tay tăng từ 63,08% lên 91,18% bằng phần mềm giám sát. Kết luận: Biện pháp can thiệp tââ p trung vào huấn luyện, đào tạo và áp dụng phần mềm giám sát tuân thủ vệ sinh tay của nhân viên y tế, từ đó đưa ra kế hoạch cải tiến nhằm tăng rõ rệt tỷ lệ tuân thủ đúng vệ sinh tay sau can thiệp, đồng thời đánh giá và phản hồi kết quả tuân thủ theo thời gian thực.
To evaluate the effectiveness of some hand hygiene monitoring interventions in Intensive Care Units, 108 Military Central Hospital in 2021-2022. Subject and method: A cross-sectional and interventional descriptive study on 139 health workers whose knowledge was assessed, surveyed about hand hygiene compliance, and the implementation of interventions to improve the compliance rate of hand hygiene from January 2021 to June 2022. Result: Monitoring and intervention increased from 51.07% to 86.33%, the rate of hand hygiene compliance increased from 63.08% to 91.18% by software’s application. Conclusion: The intervention focusing on training and technology’s application helped to improve hand hygiene compliance. The response after audit of hand hygiene helped to figure out the problems and propose the proper solutions to heads of department.
