Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả của kỹ thuật cắt ngắn cơ vòng mi phối hợp với dàn mỡ mi dưới để trẻ hoá vùng mi dưới. Phẫu thuật được thực hiện tại Khoa Tạo hình thẩm mỹ mắt và vùng mặt Bệnh viện Mắt Trung ương từ tháng 10 năm 2023 đến tháng 5 năm 2024. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp mô tả không đối chứng trên nhóm bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán rãnh lệ độ D, E, F, túi mỡ phì đại độ 4, 5, phì đại cơ vòng mi, thoát vị mỡ hoặc mất tính liên tục vùng mi mắt. Kết quả: Tỉ lệ nam : nữ là 1:3, tuổi trung bình của nhóm bệnh nhân nghiên cứu là 54,7 ± 6,15 tuổi, trong đó 70% bệnh nhân ở nhóm tuổi 40-60 tuổi. Góc nghiêng ổ mắt trung bình trước phẫu thuật là 130,4 độ, sau phẫu thuật tăng lên 180,7 độ. Trước phẫu thuật 100% bệnh nhân có vị trí mi dưới và độ cong bờ mi bình thường, sau phẫu thuật có 97,5% bệnh nhân có co rút mi dưới nhẹ. 95% bệnh nhân có sa trễ túi mỡ mi dưới mức độ trung bình và rõ rệt đã được giải quyết sau phẫu thuật. Kết luận: Phương pháp cắt ngắn cơ vòng mi phối hợp dàn mỡ mi dưới có hiệu quả tốt trong trẻ hoá vùng mi dưới.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the technique of shortening the orbicularis oculi muscle combined with lower eyelid fat reposition to rejuvenate the lower eyelid area. Surgery was performed at the Oculo plastic and Reconstructive Department, Vietnam National Eye Hospital from October 2023 to May 2024. Research subjects and methods: Uncontrolled descriptive intervention study on a group Patients were diagnosed with grade D, E, F tear trough, grade 4, 5 hypertrophic fat sac, orbicularis oculi hypertrophy, fat herniation or loss of eyelid area continuity. Results: Male: female ratio 1:3, average age of the study patient group was 54.7 ± 6.15 years old, of which 70% of patients were in the age group 40-60 years old. The average orbital tilt angle before surgery was 130.4 degrees, after surgery it increased to 180.7 degrees. Before surgery, 100% of patients had normal lower eyelid position and eyelid margin. After surgery, 97.5% of patients had mild lower eyelid retraction. 95% of patients with moderate and marked lower eyelid fat bag prolapse were resolved after surgery. Conclusion: The method of shortening the orbicularis oculi muscle combined with lower eyelid fat reposition is effective in rejuvenating the lower eyelid area.
