At the Viet-Tiep Friendship hospital, the use of plasma still cause hazards such as prurigo, urticaria, difficulty breathing, shock ... To limit harzard, the authors proceed to remove white blood cells by twice centrifugation method when producing plasma products. The result: Most white blood cells in component plasma is greatly reduced. The hazard due to remaining white blood cell and only lightly hazard can be treating and use this plasma component.
