Ovarian career, especially ovarian germ cells tumors usually occurs in young female. Therefore, the treatment for tumorectomy ovarian cancer at the early stage is of essential important to be applied and researched. Objects: Evaluating the results of treatment for tumorectomy ovarian cancer at the stage of FIGO 1. Subjects: 48 patients of ovarian malignantcy at FIGO 1 were treated tumorectomy from 1-2007 to 12-2012 at K hospital. Methods. discrible, prospective. Results: Researching 48 patients, there were 87,5 percent patients under the ages of 30. Most of signal revealing in research: 47,92 percent patients had belly pain; Palpable mass were 37,5 percent ; Ovarian carcinoma: 22,92 percent patients; Non ovarian carcinoma: 77,1 percent patients. Treatment tumorectomy uterus and ovarian benign: Single surgery: 22,92 percent patients; Surgery combinate with chemography: 77,08 percent. Average overral observer was about 31,58 + or - 1,7 months. Results: No patients recured or dead. All of them have menstrual again and 23/48 patients married (43,48 percent ), 10 of them had a baby.
