Đánh giá kết quả điều trị ung thư biểu mô tế bào gan nguyên phát không phẫu thuật tại bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội

Objective: To evaluate outcome of treatment unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: The mean of age was 59.82, male/female ratio was 4.67. The average tumor size was 8.24 + or - 4.88 cm. Percentage of portal vein thrombosis was 49 percent. AFP rose above 20 ng/ml accounted for 80.4 percent. HBsAg positive in 84.3 percent of patients. The overall survival was 9.18 months and affected by stage, therapeutic method, AFP concentration. Conclusion: The overal survival time was 9.18 months and affected by stage, therapeutic method, AFP concentration.
