Sinusitis with nasal polyps are very common and high recurrence rate after surgery. Objective: To evaluate treatment result of sinusitis with recurrent nasal polyps after 3 months surgery. Method: 92 patients with recurrent nasal polyps were studied by prospective and descriptive. Result: 92 patients with recurrent nasal polyps were treated surgery. Result after 3 months surgery: good with 53.3 percent, average with 39.1 percent, bad with 7.6 percent.
