Purpose: to evaluate the effective of fluorouracil and folinic acid (FUFA) for patients after potentially curative resection of colon cancer with stage II and III. Patients and Methods: One hundred thirty seven patients with stage II, III colon cancer treated with FUFA . A pooled analysis for event-free (EFS) and overall survival (OS) using a stratified log-rank and Cox model was performed. Results: The median follow-up duration was 60 months. The 5-year as was 72,8 percent The 5-year EFS was 66,4 percent. Grade of invasive, metastatic Iymphnode are factors of as predictive. Conclusion: Fluorouracil plus levamisole is tolerable and accepted as standard surgical adjuvant therapy for patients with stage II, III colon cancer
