Hiện nay, các can thiệp xâm lấn tối thiểu đang dần thay thế mổ mở trong điều trị sỏi thận. Trong đó, nội soi ống mềm cho thấy nhiều ưu điểm. Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả điều trị sỏi thận bằng tán sỏi thận nội soi ống mềm. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Mô tả tiến cứu 78 bệnh nhân sỏi thận điều trị bằng tán sỏi thận nội soi ống mềm từ tháng 01/2022 đến 04/2023 tại khoa Ngoại Thận - Tiết niệu bệnh viện Hữu Nghị Việt Nam – Cuba Đồng Hới. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình 52,30 ± 12,75 tuổi. Thời gian trung bình đặt sonde JJ trước mổ 23,74 ± 24,06 ngày. Kích thước sỏi trung bình là 14,40 ± 4,85 mm, sỏi đài dưới chiếm ưu thế 39,8%, sỏi bể thận 22,9%. Thận ứ nước độ I chiếm đa số với 62,7%. Thời gian mổ trung bình là: 67,16 ± 21,19 phút. Biến chứng sau mổ 9%, trong đó có 1 trường hợp nhiễm khuẩn huyết. Thời gian nằm viện sau mổ trung bình là 2,98 ± 1,99 ngày. Tỷ lệ sạch sỏi sau 1 tháng là 86,7%. Kết luận: Tán sỏi thận nội soi ống mềm mang lại hiệu quả cao, an toàn cho bệnh nhân sỏi thận.
Nowaday, minimally invasive interventions are gradually replacing open surgery in the treatment of kidney stone. Retrograde flexibe ureterorenoscopy have many advantages. Objects: Evaluating results of treatment of kidney stone by retrograde flexibe ureterorenoscopy. Materials and methods: Prospective study of 78 patients with kidney stones treated by retrograde flexibe ureterorenoscopy at the department of urology, Vietnam - Cuba Dong Hoi friendship hospital from 01/2022 to 04/2023. Results: The average age 52,30 ± 12,75. The average stay preoperative stent JJ time 23,74 ± 24,06 days. Mean size stone 14,40 ± 4,85 mm, location stone: lower calyx 39,8%, renal pelvis 22,9%. Hydronephrosis grade I 62,7%. Average operative time: 67,16 ± 21,19 minutes. Postoperative complications 9%, including 1 case of sepsis. The average postoperative hospital stay was 2,98 ± 1,99 days. Stone free rate after 1 month: 86,7%. Conclusions: Retrograde flexible ureterorenoscopy provides good results for patients with kidney stones.
