Objective: To evaluate results the cut of vitreous humour surgery treated organizational of vitreous humour after uveitis in Vietnam National Institute of Ophthalmology from 9/2008 to 10/2009. Subjects and Methods: the descriptive study, to evaluate results the cut of vitreous humour treated organizational of vitreous humour after uveitis in Vietnam National Institute of Ophthalmology from 9/2008 to 10/2009, with purposive sampling. Results: the cut of vitreous humour surgery treated organizational of vitreous humour after uveitis for best results. Results of anatomy with level opaque of vitreous humour after 3 months of surgery gave better results (82.5 percent). The patient's eyesight improved, before surgery the patient's eyesight was poor: 72.5 percent patients counted fingers eyesight 3m, non-patient with eyesight 3/10. After surgery 3 months had 80 percent increase eyesight. Which had 35 percent eyesight 3/10. Early complications for posterior surgery common were terms keratitis 12.5 percent, responded uveitis 10 percent. Conclusion: the cut of vitreous humour surgery treated organizational of vitreous humour after uveitis for best results. Early complications for posterior surgery common were terms keratitis 12.5 percent, responded uveitis 10 percent.
